AUTOMATION OUTLIERS Data Deletion

1. Send your request

Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request. Send it from the email address you used to sign up, if you can. Tell us that you want your personal information deleted from Automation Outliers.

Include the signup email address and, if you remember, the resource or form you used. This covers website signups and Facebook or Instagram lead forms, including forms connected through our Meta app, Ad Manager. You do not need a website account, a Facebook login, or a payment to request deletion.

If you cannot access your original email address, tell us so we can discuss another reasonable verification method. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents with your initial request.

2. What happens next

Automation Outliers handles requests manually. We will acknowledge your request and may ask for limited information needed to verify your identity and locate your records. Authorized representatives may submit requests with proof of authority; we may also need to verify the individual’s identity.

Once verified, we will delete or deidentify personal information covered by your request from our active systems, including website signup records, marketing contact records, and lead or attribution records, unless a lawful retention exception applies. We will also instruct service providers to act on the request where required and applicable.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law and tell you if a permitted extension is needed. Our response will explain the outcome, any information retained and why, and any further steps. To ask about progress or appeal a decision, reply to our email or contact [email protected].

3. Information we may retain

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or document and honor privacy and consent choices. For example, a minimal suppression record helps prevent a deleted contact from being added back to marketing lists. Retained information is limited to the permitted purpose.

Copies in backups may remain until those backups expire under the applicable retention cycle. Such copies are not used for ordinary marketing or operations, and deletion requests must be reapplied if a backup is restored. We will explain any applicable limits in our response.

4. Deletion and unsubscribing

To stop marketing emails without requesting deletion, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email us. Unsubscribing stops marketing but does not itself delete all personal information. A verified deletion request also stops our marketing to the affected contact, while we may still send messages needed to handle your request.

5. Facebook, Instagram, and other providers

Our deletion process covers information we hold from website and native Facebook or Instagram lead submissions. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information Meta or another provider independently controls. You may need to use that provider’s privacy tools or contact it separately for those records.

Removing an app connection, changing browser tracking preferences, or clearing cookies does not by itself send us a deletion request. Email us using the instructions above so we can locate and address your information.

6. More information

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, sharing, retention, and other privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You do not have to agree to our Terms of Service or arbitration to submit a request.
